Today, meet the Executive Chef as he introduces “Orti del Castello”, a culinary conversation connecting adjacent sun-filled vegetable gardens, lively honey farms and sprawling vineyards around our iconic hotel. Surrounded by a team of talented local producers — from the Head of Gardens to the sommelier — Chef Daniele dives into the soul and ecosystem of Castello’s grounds, the foundation to offer a unique farm-to-table dining experience to our guests.
